Cynthia Davis-Medel, the owner, is committed to providing affordable document preparation services assisting the public with a variety of legal services at their direction. Cynthia Davis-Medel is licensed, bonded, and registered; which, complies with all federal and state requirements as required by law. She has the following degrees, memberships and licenses: Holds a Certificate of Achievement in Legal Assistant from Mount San Jacinto College. Legal Document Assistant LDA #283. Certified Mediator California licensed Notary, and a loan signing agent. Member of the National Notary Association. Licensed Realtor with Weichert Farnam & Associates Real Estate, BRE License #01208753. Member of the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS. Member of National and California Association of REALTORS. Member of Women's Business Connection Temecula. Cynthia is currently working on earning her Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and then will pursue her law degree.
